Associate Judge Ramona Manglona issued the judgment of conviction and order against Felipe Lieto Kalen, 50, after a change of plea hearing on Nov. 18.
Manglona sentenced Kalen to one-year imprisonment, all suspended, except for three days, with credit for three days already served.
Kalen was also placed under probation for one year under the direction and supervision of the Office of the Adult Probation.
His $100 cash bail was applied for payment to his $25 assessment fee and $75 probation fee.
Kalen was arrested after he assaulted two men for no apparent reason when they met at a store in Garapan last August.
Kalen was intoxicated when he assaulted his victims, police said.
