Crime Stoppers coordinator PO2 Jason Tarkong said Qun Yu, 44, also known as Papasang or Jay, is considered armed and dangerous.
Yu stands about 5’6” to 5’8,” weighs 150-170 lbs, has black hair and brown eyes.
“If spotted please do not attempt to apprehend. Call 911,” Tarkong said.
On Aug. 4, the Drug Enforcement Task Force conducted a drug operation in Gualo Rai.
Following a car speed chase that ended in Chalan Kiya, Yu escaped on foot after his vehicle crashed into a tree.
Yu’s girlfriend, Zhang Ling, also known as Coco, was arrested.
About 500 grams of “ice” were seized from their vehicle by authorities.
