THE Marianas Flower Festival will take place on April 5 at Sugar King Park in Garapan, according to Local Girls Marianas.
The festival will be held in partnership with the Saipan Mayor’s Office and PalmTrio670. The event coordinators are Ashley Pangelinan and Tiara Deleon Guerrero of Local Girls Marianas, the organizer of the Mini Night Markets held last year at Kensington Hotel, Aqua Resort Club and GIG.
Pangelinan and Deleon Guerrero said they will follow a similar kind of “vibe” when it comes to the Marianas Flower Festival. They said the event will be an opportunity to provide a “cozy” night market experience that highlights flowers.
Pangelinan and Deleon Guerrero said they have asked participating businesses to highlight “at least one item that is floral.”
The event is a good opportunity for floral artists to showcase their skills, Pangelinan said.
“Graduation season is coming up so the community can see what floral artists are offering,” she added.
