The team consists of health officials from Yap and Chuuk is led by Dr. Jay Sarofalpiy, a member of the National Task Force on the H1N1 Virus, who flew down from Pohnpei to accompany the group from Yap all the way back to Pohnpei.
Members of the team from the Department of Health in Chuuk also traveled to Yap prior to the departure of the MS Caroline Voyager for this very important mission.
As of Monday, the team was in Elato and Lamotrek working its way to Satawal which will be the last island in Yap state to deal with before proceeding on to the outer islands in Chuuk.
