Fei Qiao
THE Department of Public Safety is seeking the community’s assistance in locating 32-year-old Fei Qiao, who arrived on Saipan on March 7 as a tourist.
Assistant Chief of Police Simon Manacop said “Qiao checked in at the Seabreeze Garden in San Jose and was last reported getting into a red Toyota Corolla within the parking area of J’s Restaurant in San Jose on March 9 at around 2 p.m.”
“All personal belongings, including his passport, were left inside his room,” Manacop added.
He said it was Qiao’s wife in China who reported that her husband was missing on March 13 at 12:23 p.m.
According to DPS, Qiao was scheduled to depart Saipan on March 10.
