More community service for King for violating probation

King is serving  three years’ probation for conspiracy to utter counterfeit obligations and securities, and uttering counterfeit obligations and securities.

According to the U.S. Probation Office, King has repeatedly violated the terms of her probation.

King was untruthful, used methamphetamine twice, and had a bench warrant for her failure to appear for an arraignment for a traffic case in Superior Court.

When contacted by the federal probation office, the Ada gymnasium director said he was responsible for overseeing and approving community service requests, but had no knowledge about King.

King told federal probation office she was performing community service hours at Ada gymnasium.

King submitted diluted urine sample that yielded presumptive positive for methamphetamine. She again submitted diluted sample, and later admitted using methamphetamine.

On July 17, 2009, King’s original probation was revoked.

On Sept. 10, 2009, King’s probation was revoked for using a controlled substance, failure to complete 130 hours of community work service, and failure to follow other conditions of her probation.

King was arrested together with Nestor Taitano and Lucas Taitano Manglona for circulating fake $50 bills.
