“All you need to do is scan the code with your smartphone and all the information will be uploaded to your phone,” she said, adding that the main goal is to allow tourists to roam the island without needing a huge map to guide them.
Thomas Kim, MVA’s marketing manager, said the QR code will be made available at the airport starting in March.
Han said there’s already a budget allocated for the program.
