To mark the completion of renovations, Han Nam Supermarket, the official adoptee of the Koblerville basketball court, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Saipan Mayor RB Camacho, Rep. Diego Camacho, Rep. Roman Benavente, Parks and Recreation Director Mike Cruz, and Alex Sablan of the Northern Marianas Sports Association. High school senior Charlie Li and his mother Stacey Wang, owner of Han Nam Supermarket, adopted the court last year to fix and revitalize the court for our youth as part of Mayor RB Camacho’s Adopt-A-Place program. Charlie, in cooperation with other community partners such as Parks and Recreations Director Mike Cruz, worked on the basketball court over the next several months to restore it for our community, especially our youth.
