On Oct. 6, the U.S. District Court for the NMI filed a warrant of arrest against Cabrera who was charged with conspiracy to distribute “ice.”
In related news, “ice” trafficking defendants Jawn Joyner, Sharee Maratita, and Juan “Jun” Ada Jr. each filed stipulations, through their respective counsels, in federal court and waived preliminary examination up to Oct. 23.
The U.S. government and defense counsels said the stipulation is made in order to give the parties more time to pursue a pre-indictment disposition.
