During the meeting, which will start at 5:30 p.m., the local GOP will conduct a presidential preference caucus, NMI Republican Party President James Ada said.
The agenda, he added, also includes the election of a new set of party officers — president, first vice-president, second vice-president, secretary, and treasurer.
In addition, the local GOP will elect Republican National Committee members — a committeeman and a committeewoman as well as six delegates to the Republican National Convention, which will be held on Aug. 24-27 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The other current NMI Republican Party officers are Felicidad Ogumoro, first vice president; Vince Torres, second vice president; Glenna SP Reyes, secretary; and Rufin Inos, treasurer.
Ada is urging interested individuals who wish to run for GOP convention delegate to submit their intent to any of the current board members no later than March 10 by 4:30 p.m.
Led by Gov. Ralph DLG Torres, the NMI GOP was one of the early supporters of now Republican President Donald Trump in the 2016 elections.
