Initial investigation showed that Iba and his girlfriend, the victim’s mother, were drinking earlier that night with another friend in the same restaurant.
The girlfriend said she and Iba started arguing and yelling at each other after the defendant asked her who she met outside their apartment.
The girlfriend was about to leave with her son, who was in the stroller, when Iba grabbed the stroller with his son in it and shook the stroller, causing the victim to fall and hit the floor face first.
