Designated Judge Robert C. Naraja granted the request of the Federal Probation Office to discharge Jacinto Gerilla Maranan from supervised release which expired on Dec. 4, 2010.
The federal court dismissed another count of distribution and possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance against Maranan who was sentenced on April 9, 2003.
