Starting Monday, the market was again selling fruits and vegetables from local farmers on Saipan, Rota and Tinian.
Among the vegetables available at the market are cabbage, bitter melon, taro, cucumber, sweet potato, local ginger, and pumpkin.
“There’s a high demand for turmeric, but we’ve run out of it,” he said, adding that the market had eggplants yesterday, Thursday.
