Camacho found probable cause to believe that Rasiang may have committed the offense as charged by the Attorney General’s Office.
Rasiang was ordered to again appear in court for his arraignment on Jan. 9, 2012.
The court earlier allowed Rasiang to post $150, or 10 percent of his bail order.
