Anshun Lin, Anfeng Lin, and Feiyi Tang, with the assistance of their counsel Bruce Berline, are asking the U.S. District Court for the NMI to order Huang Zheng Corp. Ltd. to pay them damages, interests, attorney’s fees, and other cost of suit.
They said the company did not pay them regular and overtime wages and required them to pay processing fees.
The plaintiff’s complaint stated that on Dec. 25, 2001, Anfeng Lin and Tang were hired by the defendant.
Anshun Lin was hired on May 10, 2007.
The plaintiffs were hired as laborers tasked to collect, sort and pack recyclable materials.
Anfeng Lin and Anshun Lin were fired on Sept. 22, 2008.
They stated that the improper firing of Anfeng Lin was a breach of contract.
In addition, the plaintiffs said the defendant required them to pay the application fees spent for the renewal of their employment contracts every year.
