With the island’s economic downfall and the escalating costs of fuel, stretching paychecks to make both ends meet has become a burden to most households.
Wushin Corporation came up with a solution to help cut household expenses by coming up with a liquefied petroleum gas canister that is not only refillable but economical.
Introduced in the market just recently, Wushin Corporation operations supervisor Jun Patawaran said that consumers have an advantage when they use the LPG Wushin canisters.
“What makes the LPG Wushin stand out from the existing brands on the market is that consumers can have longer burning time at maximum fire level at a lower price,” Patawaran said.
Designed with high safety in mind, Patawaran said that LPG Wushin has a powerful fire flame with approximate burning time of one hour and 35 minutes.
“This is a very practical investment because you only buy a set of canisters and can have them refilled at our station, but we will refund the cost of the canisters when if the customers will return them,” Patawaran said.
He added that they are supplying LPG and not butane, so consumers need to replace a certain part of their portable gas range to be able to use the Wushin LPG.
“We will take care of the part that needs to be replaced as well as the service to make the LPG Wushin work at no extra cost to our consumers,” Patawaran said.
Wushin LPG is available at very affordable prices (less than a dollar each canister) in five outlets- Dolphin, San Jose, Shell gasoline station in Gualo Rai, and the Happy Market outlets in As Lito and Navy Hill. Patawaran said that they would be adding more distributors later to make the Wushin LPG more accessible to the community.
