The FCC and Psychiatric Clinic will be located in the same clinic space across from the Children’s & Women’s Clinic.
The Business Office will also be located across from the Children’s & Women’s Clinic and will be occupying a space where the patient registration area is presently situated.
All patients of the Children’s, Women’s, FCC, and Psychiatric clinics are advised to register at the patient registration area located in the main lobby.
The Medical Records Office can be accessed by entering through the main entrance of the Children’s & Women’s Clinic and is located further down the hall after passing the patient registration area. Signs will be posted for directions.
Regular hours of operations remain as is for each office and clinic and is provided below.
FCC:
Monday to Friday – 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Appointments Only
Psychiatric Clinic:
Tuesday – 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.: Walk-in and Medication Refill Services
Wednesday & Thursday – 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Appointments Only
Business Office and Medical Records Office:
Monday to Friday – 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
