Draper is also the Senior Advisory Council president and the Manamko’ Queen.
“That’s a record,” Office on Aging Director Walter Manglona said, referring to Draper’s multiple titles.
“She’s very humble and she continues to inspire others to be motivated as much as possible,” he added.
This year’s other candidates for the Manamko’ King and Queen of Hearts were Crisanto and Lolita Decillo and Teddy and Luzminda Guiao.
The event, which started at 10 a.m., also featured dance and song numbers, a Valentine’s Bingo and other games.
