The club is complying with Gov. Ralph DLG Torres’ executive order which, among other things, prohibits the gathering of more than 50 people, she added.
She said the club has also suspended its weekly meetings at the Giovanni’s Restaurant of Hyatt Regency.
“The health of our community is important,” Ayuyu said, adding that the priority is to prevent the entry and/or spread of Covid-19 in the CNMI.
She encourages community members to always wash their hands with soap, use hand sanitizer, and follow the guidelines provided by public health authorities.
“Let’s be careful and be prepared, but let’s not panic,” she said.
