Russian women hold retreat, training at PIC

PIC web marketing manager Elly Stoilova said the instructors, Elena Yurkovskaya and Olga Gidalevich will train Russian ladies —  hotel guests and residents of the CNMI —  in personality development.

This includes special exercises and meditation on how to balance one’s energy as well as how to find harmony in one’s personal and professional life.

“Each woman will also learn about the best make-up, hair style and color, accessories, and dress type and color for herself, as well as how to use different colors to showcase her individuality,” Stoilova said.

The final session will be held on July 8.

Stoilova said the retreat was organized to contribute and support the orphans at  Children Hospital #3 in Vladivostok, Russia, which PIC has assisted with donations since 2009.

PIC will also introduce the participants to local culture, including Chamolinian cuisine.

Yurkovskaya specializes in psychological practices and life coaching and has over 10 years experience in conducting performance training for different businesses and organizations in Russia.

She and Gidalevich created the retreat program called “Woman’s Life,” which aims “to help women in their search for individuality and self-realization.”

They have organized retreats for beauty salons, brand stores, teachers, medical personnel, businesswomen and media representatives in Russia.

The retreat will “help women feel happier…as they establish a deeper connection with their inner beauty and power.”

The instructors believe that no one is more beautiful than a woman who knows herself and stays in harmony with the world around her.

Sponsors for the event are PIC, Belka Tours and the Marianas Visitors Authority.
