Sani earned first place in the Spelling Bee while Marical topped the Geography Bee.
The spelling competition was held on Jan. 7 and was coordinated by the fifth grade teachers.
Students from grades 3 to 6 joined the event with two representatives per class.
Sani will be competing in the regional Spelling Bee on Guam.
The geography competition was held on Jan. 14 and was coordinated by the sixth grade teachers.
Students from grades 4 to 6 joined the event.
Marcial will be competing in the state level competition against representatives of other participating schools in the CNMI.
