The East Honiara MP on Friday lost his High Court Appeal against his earlier sentence by the Magistrates Court.
Dausabea could still appeal his case with the Solomon Islands Court of Appeal.
But unless any appeal is successful, he has now effectively lost his parliamentary seat.
