Saipan Covenant Rep. Raymond D. Palacios who is currently serving his second term chairs the House Committee on Education.
His members are: Reps. Stanley T. Torres, Ind.-Saipan; Deleon Guerrero; Santos; Basa; Palacios; and Ramon A. Tebuteb, R-Saipan.
