In a memorandum to the members of the House of Representatives, Tenorio designated Vice Speaker Felicidad T. Ogumoro as acting speaker until his return on June 15.
“Part of my trip abroad is official, to the city of Hiroshima, Japan, and the latter part of the trip is for personal reasons,” he said.
