Taotao Tano’s Cruz defends Deleon Guerrero

Cruz, who is running for senator, said the statements made by the ruling Covenant Party  against gubernatorial candidate Ramon S. Deleon Guerero are “untrue.”

Cruz is supporting the former senator.

He said Fitial is losing ground and that the ruling party “fears” that Deleon Guerrero is speaking the truth about government anomalies.

The accusations against Deleon Guerrero were dismissed by the court, Cruz sadded.

The former senator, for his part, said the Covenant Party’s criticism said has inspired him to “put the people first” and ensure that he will win the election.

Cruz said he praised Deleon Guerrero for “despising bribery” and being concerned about the “suffering” of the people.

He mentioned the dialysis patients of the Commonwealth Health Center and the other sick patients who do not have a doctor to attend to them.

“Given that situation, do you think Fitial is concerned about the health and well-being of our people?” Cruz asked.

He said the people must ask what the Covenant Party has to offer “after almost four years of neglect and incompetence.”
