Maximo San Nicolas Muna has denied the charge during his arraignment before Superior Court Presiding Judge Robert C. Naraja.
The AGO charged Muna with one count of attempted murder in the first degree during the perpetration of robbery, one count of aggravated assault and battery, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of robbery, and one count of theft.
On Nov. 17, 2008, the AGO stated, Muna attacked Ji Bin Fan with a knife during a robbery, and took away valuables.
Other details of the case were not available.
At the time of the incident, Muna was a juvenile.
Assistant Attorney General Brian Gallagher is representing the government while Muna is being represented by Chief Public Defender Adam Hardwicke.
