Ezra was also charged with assault, and disturbing the peace of Mostafa Kamal, Mohammed Mostafa Kamal, and Quazi Hasanul Karim.
The charge of minor consuming alcohol was likewise filed against Ezra.
Police said the incident happened at the parking lot of Hyatt Regency Saipan on May 2, 2011.
Chief Prosecutor Michael Ernest represented the government while Assistant Public Defender Michael Brown served as counsel for Ezra.
Ezra waived reading of formal charges, advisement of constitutional rights, and entered a not guilty plea before Superior Court Presiding Judge Robert Naraja.
