Meng said the “boutique hotel,” which is located in San Jose, has 17 rooms with balconies to allow guests to enjoy a “breathtaking view of the ocean.”
The rate for a standard room with a single bed is $120; double suite with two bedrooms and lounge, $240; triple suite with three bedrooms $420; queen room with a queen bed, $144; king room with one king bed, $156; and superior room with one king bed, $180.
Meng said the hotel is near the American Gun Club, the only outdoor firearm shooting range on Tinian.
As for the hotel’s casino, he said it is slated to open in December this year.
He said the hotel is the first of BIG’s hospitality investments on Tinian, adding that it will be followed by the launch of the Sand Diamond, a passenger and car ferry capable of carrying 290 passengers and 30 vehicles on the Tinian-Saipan route daily.
