As of 4 p.m. yesterday, Tinian’s Department of Public Safety Director Ray Pangelinan said their detectives were still conducting an investigation.
Pangelinan said their office received a report about the incident after 7 a.m. yesterday.
“We are doing everything to identify the suspects. The case is still under investigation. We are seeking the public’s assistance for information regarding the incident,” Pangelinan said.

Tinian Elementary School principal Dionne Santos was off-island.
A teacher said the door of the cafeteria was broken, fire extinguishers were sprayed in the room and the lights were broken.
The Head Start’s vehicle was recovered near the Tinian campus of Northern Marianas College.
“It’s a shame that some members of the community are vandalizing the schools that are servicing the community’s children,” Associate Education Commissioner for Administrative Services Peter Le’au told the Variety.
He said the Public School System is closely working with the Saipan, Tinian, and Rota communities to safeguard the schools.
