Club president Ladyvir Canape said they filled 12 bags with trash.
“We found lots of trash in the bushes,” she said, adding that most of them were soda cans and beer bottles.

She said 17 Lions and Leos picked up trash in the area from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Canape said there are trash bins in the area but some people are still not disposing of their trash properly.
She said all participants enjoyed the cleanup drive and remain committed to continue their regular community service to help preserve the environment.
