CNMI Military and Veterans Affairs Executive Director Ruth Coleman said facilitating the briefing will be Alysha Pacheco, Tricare regional operations customer service branch representative, and Thomas Halliwell, Tricare regional remote operations division representative.
“We are inviting everybody to come. This is your chance to listen, ask questions and get clarifications on different issues related to the Tricare benefits and programs for the National Guard and Reserve,” Coleman said.
Aside from other benefits and programs, Tricare provides healthcare options such as medical, pharmacy, and dental coverage and special programs for active duty service members, including activated National Guard and Reserve members, active duty family members including families of activated National Guard/Reserve, retired service members and families including former spouses, Medal of Honor recipients and non-activated National Guard or Reserve members and families.
The briefing will run for about an hour and a half, depending on the volume of questions the organizers will receive from the community, Coleman said. For more information, call the Military and Veterans Affairs Office at 664-2650.
