U.S. Probation Office requested Kalen’s discharge after his supervised release expired on Oct. 7, 2011. The court also terminated proceedings for this case.
On Oct. 8, 2008, then-Chief Judge Alex R. Munson sentenced Kalen to six months imprisonment followed by three years supervised released for distribution and possession with intent to distribute “ice.”
