US Senate postpones Manglona’s confirmation due to bad weather

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nevada, announced that the votes scheduled for Monday night, Tuesday morning local time, was canceled due to bad weather.

The votes have been rescheduled for Tuesday at 12:15 p.m., Washington, D.C. time, or early Wednesday local time.

U.S. senators are expected to confirm Manglona who was nominated by President Obama upon the recommendation of Congressman Gregorio Kilili Camacho Sablan last April.
