THE Department of Public Safety is requesting the community’s assistance in locating Vincent Deleon Guerrero, also known as Ben Bodig, in connection with a robbery that occurred at San Antonio Supermarket on July 9, 2025, and was reported to DPS at 8:34 p.m.

According to DPS, a preliminary investigation indicated that a male suspect wearing a black hoodie and short pants entered the establishment and asked to buy cigarettes and a phone card.

The suspect also requested to see a cellphone — identified as a Samsung A16 valued at $280. As the cashier showed him the phone, which was still in its box, the suspect took it and told the cashier to finish serving other customers. When the cashier asked him to pay, the suspect refused and again insisted that the cashier continue helping others.

Moments later, the suspect began shouting and pulled out a black pocketknife, pointing it at the cashier and nearby customers before fleeing the store.

“After reviewing surveillance footage,” said Assistant Chief of Police Simon Manacop, “officers identified the suspect as Vincent Deleon Guerrero. Footage also confirmed that Deleon Guerrero entered the passenger side of a Kia Soul with license plate #ACS 294 and left the scene heading south. The driver remains unknown at this time.”

According to Manacop, Deleon Guerrero has also been identified as the suspect in two other theft incidents: one at Twins Supermarket in Dandan, reported on July 8, 2025, at 2 a.m., and another at Mobil Chalan Kiya, reported on June 29, 2025, at 11:15 a.m.

Anyone with information about Deleon Guerrero’s whereabouts may call 911, the DPS front desk at (670) 664-9001 or the Crime Stoppers Hotline at (670) 234-7272 (PARA).
