Detective Flora Danica Aguon told the court that Lizama offered the 14-year-old victim with $1 in exchange for a sexual act.
The victim said Lizama touched her inappropriately while inside a car on Feb. 19, 2011.
In the second incident, on Feb. 21, also in a car, Lizama offered money to the victim to have sex with him, police said.
While at police station on July 4, 2011, Lizama told police after waiving his right to an attorney that “he wanted to see if [the victim] would be willing to make love to him” after giving her $1 to buy candy.
Lizama further told police he was tickling the victim on her stomach but did not recall if he “accidentally” touched the victim’s breast.
Assistant Attorney General Shelli Neal represented the government while Assistant Public Defender Matthew Meyer served as Lizama’s counsel during his initial appearance and bail hearing yesterday.
