Governor Arnold I. Palacios and Lt. Gov. David M. Apatang on Wednesday met with Department of the Interior Assistant Secretary for Insular and International Affairs Carmen G. Cantor and Abdiel Rozu, special assistant to the assistant secretary, to discuss a number of issues, including the status of Office of Insular Affairs-funded projects, CNMI economic initiatives, convening the 902 talks, and other matters. They were joined by Harry Blanco, DOI-OIA field representative.
