Wabol, 31, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, assault, assault and battery, disturbing the peace, and child abuse.
The prosecution said Wabol used a baton in hitting her 12-year-old daughter on May 7, 2011.
Wabol has been released from detention after posting a $2,500 unsecured appearance bond.
Based on the submitted plea agreement, Wabol will admit to the offense of assault and battery.
Wabol agrees to be sentenced to six months imprisonment, all suspended except for seven days.
She will serve the seven days consecutively at the CNMI Department of Corrections facility, according to the plea agreement.
Wabol will also pay fines, attend a parenting class, counseling, and will not to consume alcohol during her two-year probationary period.
Assistant Attorney General Russel Lorfing is prosecuting the case, while Assistant Public Defender Richard Miller is Wabol’s counsel.
