Anefal also signed Bill 7-146, now Public Law 7-77, to appropriate $90,395. The money will be divided as follows: the Department of Education will receive $51,599 for its utility and $24,994 for consultancy provided for the school principal summer training program. The Department of Resources and Development will receive $5,636 for its workforce enrichment division. $3,766 will be for Office of Administrative Service capacity building and $4,400 for a Yap Environmental Protection Agency analite turbidity meter.
