Then-board chair Mariano Taitano’s term ended in March. The remaining members are Ayuyu, Tatiana Babauta, and Frank Aguon.
The board is supposed to have seven members.
Last year, the board did not convene for several months until the appointment and confirmation of Ignacio Demapan in April 2019.
But in December, Demapan resigned.
Ayuyu said once the board has a quorum, they will review the pending applications for conditional-use permits.
Taitano, in a separate interview, said before his term ended, he had asked the governor to appoint four members to the zoning board.
Taitano has been appointed by the governor to the Commonwealth Casino Commission.
