HAGÅTÑA (The Guam Daily Post) — A 32-year-old man was accused of molesting a 10-year-old girl while she was asleep.
About 7:11 a.m. Jan. 7, officers with the Guam Police Department responded to a Malesso’ residence, where they met a 10-year-old girl who accused Keala Harry Muna, 32, of molesting her a couple of hours earlier, according to a magistrate’s complaint filed Friday in the Superior Court of Guam.
The victim told police she was asleep and woke up to someone playing with her hair and touching her before recognizing the person to be Muna. The complaint stated Muna was seated next to her on her bed.
According to the complaint, Muna allegedly touched the minor on her right breast area and over her shirt with his right hand before the victim turned over because she was scared.
“Moments after the defendant got up and left her room, she proceeded to her father’s room to inform him of what had happened,” the complaint stated.
Muna was charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct as a first-degree felony.
