According to Aguon, the incident is now under investigation.

Meanwhile, Aguon said a motorist was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol Sunday night.

Aguon identified the driver as Marino Tabieros, 43.

Tabieros was booked and confined for drunk driving.

The police report indicated that a police sergeant called on Sunday at 10:24 pm and requested assistance to pull over a vehicle which was seen driving recklessly on the roadway.

The driver was pulled over later and Field Sobriety Test was administered where he failed the test.
