Kaylord Sakaziro, 38 year-old was arrested together with his two companions who were also identified as Regzie Ramoka, 29 and Sharkon Kenzi, 20, both male Palauans.
According to the police report at around 1:15 a.m while police officers patrolling in Malakal they spotted vehicle with plate number 2K 4335 driving fast. Police stopped the vehicle; the driver and his two passengers were brought to the police station.
At the police office, a sobriety test was performed to Sakaziro and he failed the test, while the two others were observed to be drunk.
The three male suspects were charged of reckless driving and DUI.
In other news, a male juvenile was also arrested for intoxication and possession of a deadly weapon inside the Palau National Gym.
Based on the report, while police is manning security inside and around the gym at around 4:41 p.m. they spotted the minor who was observed to be drunk.
Police arrested the juvenile who attempted to run away. During the police search a knife was found in his possession.
The suspect was booked and confined while his parents were also informed by the police.
