Man assault woman, charged

Madlutk was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, three counts of assault, disturbing the peace and malicious mischief.Chief Justice Arthur Ngiraklsong set the bail at $500 surety.Chief Justice Ngiraklsong ordered the defendant not to harass the victims Ednalyn Ho, Magdalena Maniago and Joan Maniago.The status conference was set for September 12, 2008 at 11:15 a.m. at the Melekeok chambers.The information filed in Supreme Court by Assistant Attorney General Lori Ann Zucco stated that Madlutk assaulted Ho with a metal pot on April 20, 2008.The information stated that Madlutk attempted to assault Ho and the two Maniagos on April 20.The information added that Madlutk disturbed the peace of the victims and that defendant damaged properties—kitchen and cooking items that belongs to Bem Chermii burgers and fries.The police affidavit filed in court stated that patrol officers were on a routine patrol check up on Medalaii when responded to a call of assault and disturbance at the Bem Chermii parking lot.The affidavit stated that the defendant and his friend came to Bem Chermii and ordered cheeseburgerThe victims, who are all workers at the Bem Chermii, gave the defendant his order and he ate half of it then he went back to the wagon and used profanity language to them.The defendant was complaining that he ordered a cheese and egg burger and not cheeseburger.The defendant climbed over the back window of the wagon and started throwing things that were on the counter at the three workers.Madlutk picked up a metal pot and threw it at Ho. The victim blocked it with her hand, causing her bruise.Ho then ran away while Madlutk continued to throw things at Magdalena and Joan Maniagos.The defendant picked up a soda can and tried to throw it to the two victims but stopped when the victims cried and begged him to stop.The affidavit stated that Madlutk took a French fy, dipped it in the ketchup ane ate it, told the victims that he loved them all and smiled.The defendant’s friend talked to him and they left the place.The defendant was arrested later by the responding police officers.
