Chris Chiba was charged on March 11.
He will appear at 10 am today for his charges.Chiba was charged for assaulting a juvenile with a rock and for trying to attack him with a knife on February 4.The affidavit stated that the juvenile was transported to the hospital for his head injury.The court document stated that the victim was interviewed by an investigator at the hospital where he told the officer that Chiba on February 4 appeared out of nowhere and had thrown two rocks at him.The second rock hit the victim in the head.The victim told the investigating officer that after Chiba ran out of rocks, he attempted to attack the victim with a knife.The victim managed to run away.The court document stated that during interview with Chiba he admitted assaulting the juvenile saying he just want to get back at the victim because the victim attacked him before.
