Enrilley Mekemad Kiuluul appeared in court on June 18 for arraignment and denied the charge.
Kiuluul was also released from custody after the hearing after posting $100 cash bail.He was ordered to stay away from the victim.Kiuluul was charged on May 18 for hitting his former girlfriend with a metal hanger.The affidavit submitted in court stated that the incident happened on September 4, 2008 at the defendant’s residence in Ngeruluobel, Airai.The court document stated that the victim who was employed at PPR was at work when the defendant came and ordered the victim to come with him.The document stated that the victim was scared so she agreed to go with him.The defendant brought the victim to his residence and assaulted her later.The document added that the victim was hit with a hanger several times.
