Assistant Attorney General Ron Ledgerwood appeared on behalf of the government.Sadao posted a bail of $250 for his temporary release and his status conference was set for June 18 at 9 am.The information filed in court stated that Sadao on April 14, 2008, did unlawfully enter Keibo Ridep’s store in Koska, Peleliu and took undetermined amount of money from the said store.The information stated that Sadao damaged the front door of the store and entered the premises of Keibo Ridep’s store by force.The affidavit of probable cause filed in Supreme Court stated that a witness had stepped out of his barracks and saw Sadao with some tool in his hand and was attempting to forcibly open the front door of the store.The witness saw Sadao left and return with a larger tool and opened the front door by force then entered the store.The owners were asleep when awakened by a call from the witness who informed them that Sadao burglarized their store.The owner rushed to the store and saw the defendant crouched near the cash area.The owner confronted the defendant and grabbed him and told him to stay while he checked his money and merchandises.The defendant immediately ran away with his tools but was arrested later by the authorities.The owner discovered that $910 was missing from the airtime card account
