Olbiil Ngirailild was charged on May 22 for selling a controlled substance on May 1.
He appeared for arraignment on June 17 and entered a not guilty plea to his charge.The possession of a controlled substance charged against Ngirailild’s co-defendant Jimmy Chang also known as Han Chi Chang was dismissed without prejudice.The court dismissed the case against Chang for lack of probable cause.Ngirailild posted $100 surety bond and was released from custody.His next hearing was set for July 8 at 10 am.A court document stated that on May 1 personnel of Narcotics Division received information that Ngirailild was selling Marijuana joints.A buy bust operation was immediately conducted. A confidential informant was given money to purchase marijuana from Ngirailild.The informant managed to purchase marijuana joint from Ngirailild later.The defendant was arrested later.
