Man pleads guilty to various offenses, gets 2 years jail term

However Associate Justice Kathleen M. Salii suspended the sentence of Jerome Blesoch except for the first two years.

Blesoch started serving his two years jail term on August 28 at 6 pm.Blesoch appeared for a plea hearing on August 28 and entered a guilty plea to grand larceny, accessory after the fact to burglary, driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving and aiding and abetting burglary.In exchange of his guilty plea, the court dismissed his other charges.Blesoch was ordered to pay restitution to the victims which amount has yet to be determined by the Probation Office.He was ordered to stay away from the victims and the locations where the crimes occurred.His driver’s license was also revoked for a period of one year.Blesoch was placed on active probation for the entire period of his suspended sentence.Blesoch was charged along with two juveniles for participating in casing and choosing a place to burglarize.A court document stated that Blesoch was the driver of the vehicle and was the one who dropped off the juveniles at the P.I.E. Internet and Printing Office on February 7.The juveniles burglarized the establishment and stole cell phone, cash, cigarettes and a bottle of Korean liquor.Blesoch picked up the juveniles later and took the cash money that the juveniles stole from the establishment.
