Hancock was recognized and awarded for all the endless and tiresome hours of services provided throughout Aug. 1, 2006 to June 17, 2011 for outstanding job performance as the Wa’ab Community Health Center medical director. He was presented an art gift.
The Nimgil Youth Organization was also recognized and awarded recognition and appreciation for its commitment to health improvement, designing and implementing health related activities to improve health in their community and a valuable and outstanding contribution for a healthier community in the Yap. A check for $500 was presented to the group’s president John Gilsowuth.
JC Construction Co. was likewise awarded recognition and appreciation of commitment, support and improvement of Wa’ab Community Health Center building facilities, which greatly improved health facilities for patients use.
Other WCHC staff members were also awarded during the luncheon: Sebastian Giltamngin, Veronica S. Giyeg, Allodia Paul and Louisa Laachthan.
