Bureau of Public Safety Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that the minor was pulled over on Saturday morning after he was spotted driving a vehicle from T-Dock to Topside area.
Aguon said the minor was driving 60 miles per hour when police spotted him. The minor was brought to the police station and was cited for violations.
